Ingredients

  • 3 Texas Twinkie Sausages
  • 3 Philly Cheesesteak Sausages
  • 1lb Bacon Cooked & Diced
  • 12 Ounces Room Temp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Chopped Chives or Sliced Green Onion
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Mexican Blend
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Rub
  • 18 Slices of Pickled Jalapenos

For The Filling

  • Cream Cheese
  • BBQ Rub
  • Bacon 
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • Chopped Chives

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, BBQ rub, chopped bacon, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and chopped chives.
  2. Slice sausages down the middle (long ways) to create a boat for your mixture.
  3. Fill your sausages with your cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place 3 pickled jalapenos on each sausage and sprinkle the remaining cheese on each one.
  5. Create a two-zone cooking space on your grill and place sausages on the cooler side of the grill.
  6. Cook sausages until an internal temperature of 150°F is achieved.
  7. Move the sausages to the hot side of the grill to develop a nice char and let cook until you hit an internal temperature of 160°F
  8. Remove all of the sausages from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve whole, slice in half, or cut into smaller pieces and ENJOY!
