SAUSAGE BOSS โ€” SHIPPING POLICY


How We Ship

All Sausage Boss orders are packed with dry ice and shipped in insulated boxes designed to keep your meat cold in transit. We ship TUESDAYS ONLY. Order cut off for same weekly delivery is Monday at 11:00 AM EST.

Any order placed after Monday at 11:00 AM EST will not be shipped until the following Tuesday.ย 

Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively via 2-day Air and ground services depending on your location.ย 

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on when you placed your order.ย  You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your origin zip code.ย 

When Your Order Arrives

Your sausage may arrive partially thawed โ€” that's normal and safe. As long as it's still cold to the touch and arrived within the expected delivery window, it's good to go. Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival.

If your order arrives warm, significantly thawed with no remaining cold feel, or was delayed more than one business day beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at sausagebossmgmt@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, transit is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. That said, we track every order and will advocate on your behalf if something goes sideways.

Incorrect Address

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us or undeliverable due to an address error, we may need to charge for reshipping.
