This was a great tasting sausage and the first one I was able to try by the Sausage Boss. I am in the process of replacing the smoker I had for 10 years, so I oven baked this one in the oven with some Onions on a cast iron skillet. My wife, who doesn't like sausage, although she is German and born there (right?), actually loved the flavor and taste.
