These are awesome but not my favorite from sausage boss (jalapeno cheddar is). They are excellent sausages and sure to be a crowd pleaser. They are best slow cooked over a fire pit or smoked properly, however they go great sautéed with peppers and onions for a sandwich

I smoked them at 180 degrees in a Traeger till temp reached 162 degrees internal. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again.

Started with the jalapeño cheddar and was floored and mind blown. Pretty sure it set the bar too high, because the Philly cheesesteak wasn’t as good as I had hoped for, still good but was lackluster. The Texas Twinkie was the last to try and it recovered some of the points the Philly lost. Overall next order will be all jalapeño cheddar though. Also really hoping the blueberry maple comes back in stock so I can try it.

I haven’t tried all 3 flavors as of yet but let me say this. The Jalapeño Cheddar actually has Jalapeño in every bite. You can taste it, feel it, so different than most other brands where you may at times only detect a hint. The cheese is just as shown in their videos…PRESENT! Not to mention the snappy casing; absolutely delicious!
