I haven’t tried all 3 flavors as of yet but let me say this. The Jalapeño Cheddar actually has Jalapeño in every bite. You can taste it, feel it, so different than most other brands where you may at times only detect a hint. The cheese is just as shown in their videos…PRESENT! Not to mention the snappy casing; absolutely delicious!
By the time it arrived, the packages were 60 degrees and no dry ice, fyi. Tasted ok but I had to cook it immediately.

Received my package promptly, thank you. After I did receive it, I sent you an email letting you know that they only threw one ice pack in the box, and many of the sausages were starting to thaw out. That said, I'm sure it's fine, but I certainly would have appreciated a response to my inquiry.
These are the best sausages I've ever put in my smoker. Served them at a small get together at my house and everyone loved all the flavors. The Philly cheese streaks are my favorite.
I have been searching for this kind of quality sausage and I found it! You can tell from the casing to the fillings that is top quality. I'm am 63 yrs old and as you age your taste becomes more particular for finer things. I ordered all the different types and so far the jalapeno cheddar has stood out. Shipping was steep but I live cross country and they arrived perfectly frozen on the west coast. Will be placing another order!! Thanks Sausage Boss!
The sausages where greatly packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. Everything inside was frozen and delicious.
These are the only ones ive tried so far and they dont dissapoint. Great flavor, not dry at all, and a good kick with the jalepeno.
