We have now tried all of the flavors, with the exception of the new smoked chili cheese which we will be purchasing soon. In my home, the Texas Twinkie was the fan favorite overall with the Jalapeno Cheddar coming in second.
The spicyness of this product is perfect, the flavor of the peppers comes through nicely. For me, they are best served lightly warmed. Great job.

These are awesome but not my favorite from sausage boss (jalapeno cheddar is). They are excellent sausages and sure to be a crowd pleaser. They are best slow cooked over a fire pit or smoked properly, however they go great sautéed with peppers and onions for a sandwich

I smoked them at 180 degrees in a Traeger till temp reached 162 degrees internal. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again.
